Situated in the heart of city and surrounded by the abundant greenery , Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1,Indore is one of the earliest Kendriya Vidyalayas of India. This ideal centre of education, which became functioned in 1964, is a unit of an effective and well knit of organization of “Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan”, under the ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India. Due to its glorious history and great achievements, it has always been in the forefront of the Bhopal Region. In the past five years, it has grown rapidly in every field and got appreciation from all sides.
